Dead Horse Bay
Dead Horse Bay is the larger domain of the mutant tribe. The live on the outskirts of Gator Bay and Dead Horse Bay gives them that succlusion they need. It is also far away enough that they can easily set off to new locations in order to search for items from the old world to repurpose for there new one. Lucky has never been known to travel there so members of the Scavenger tribe do not have to fear lucky when setting out by boat. If you are a mutant it is a warm and exciting environment full of psychic chatter and friendly faces to admire your deformity. All of that warmth will not be apparent to a mind outside of the hivemind. So members of other tribes find Dead Horse Bay cold and confusing and do there best to stay clear of it unless they have a reason to do business directly with the scavengers or for whatever reason they have been cast out from there own tribe you would be hard pressed to find anyone that is not part of the Scavenger tribe in there homestead. The homes in Dead Horse Bay are old and patched up by whatever the scavengers can find using everything around them in order to build up the places they live. To a mutant they look homey but to anyone else they look kind of gross.
